History and Legacy
Wimbledon still has its roots in the origins of the sport. The tournament held at the all England Club each summer is the oldest in the world having been held every year since 1877, and this core tradition is in evidence from the attire of match officials and players (competitors must wear white) to the fact that it is the only major tournament left that plays on the sports original surface, grass.

The championships have seen many great moments and heart stopping action, while all the greats of the sport have won on the lawn of Wimbledon at some point. Old favourites like John McEnroe, Bjorn Borg, and Boris Becker wowed the crowds of centre court while modern champions Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal have taken the sport to new heights. Few can forget the grace and power of Steffi Graf, while the raw aggressiveness of the Williams Sisters has dominated the tournament for the last 10 years.

This link with the greats is what makes Wimbledon the tournament all the players want to win, and all the fans want to see. And now with Bet365 you can get all the live tennis action with live streams from Wimbledon.
